Hi there,
I’m Yoko Correia Nishimiya
A half Japanese half Brazilian, full-time restaurant and travel photographer based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Creating visual assets that tell a story and illustrate the soul of food and hospitality businesses across the globe. My photography gently lifts the veil and invites the viewer into the heart of each restaurant, cafe and bar, representing their essence across print and digital media platforms.
Raised across the globe, photography has always been my ally to capture unique moments and places. Over the years I decided to pursue this passion as a profession and combine culture and cuisine with the mission to showcase their story.
I believe that food is an international delicious language that can take anyone on a journey to another place or to a memory with every bite. My goal is to express these emotions through images.
